Heather Anne usually translates Di Kaye's artwork into cross stitch, but in the case of Lorna and Lydia the designs are worked in blackwork. Red and gold metallic thread are used to add highlights.
 
The second design, Lydia, is 15cms by 14cms on 14ct white aida.
